I am the owner and operator of Gippsland Mortgage Solutions
Hi there, I'm Kim McMaster, the owner and manager of Gippsland Mortgage Solutions. With years of experience in the Banking and Finance Industry, I've honed my skills as a finance lending specialist.
After working with a major bank and another Mortgage Broking business, I decided to open Gippsland Mortgage Solutions in December 2015. I'm incredibly passionate about helping my clients find the perfect loan that suits their needs.
Outside of work, my heart belongs to my wonderful family – my husband Brett and our two amazing boys, Mitch and Lachie.
In my downtime, you'll often find me on the sidelines of local footy ovals in winter or cricket grounds during summer cheering on my boys as they play.
When I can fit it in around our busy weekends of local community sport, you’ll find me at the MCG supporting my beloved Melbourne Demons in the AFL. But my involvement doesn't stop there.
I'm deeply committed to our local Gippsland community and have served in many volunteer positions including Chair of St Thomas’ school board and Secretary, Treasurer and Vice President of the Sale Junior Football Club.
Currently, I’m a Team Manager for the Sale Football Netball Club and a committee member of the Longford Cricket Club. I'm a firm believer in the power of local sports, which is why I'm proud to sponsor numerous sporting clubs in our area.

Hey there! I'm John Mayman, the Senior Mortgage Broker at Gippsland Mortgage Solutions, and I've been part of the team since July 2019.
With over 15 years of experience in Banking and Finance, I've got the know-how to help you achieve your finance goals while keeping things fun and enjoyable.
When I'm not crunching numbers, you can find me hanging out with my awesome family – my wife Raquel and our two little legends, Monty and Leo.
Cricket is my passion, and you'll often catch me both playing and coaching at the Sale Cricket Club and volunteering in various roles within the Sale Maffra Cricket Association. During winter, if I’m not supporting my boys at local footy you will find me at the MCG cheering on the Essendon Bombers.
